Position 95 is a strong re-entry that shows extensive doubling of the top right scroll ornamentation and the arc-shaped frame segment to its left, plus clear doubling of the top of the left scroll and the arc-shaped frame segment to its right. There is also clear doubling of the inner frame area above "NA" of "CANADA" and a tiny segment of doubling in the outer frame above this. While there are no clear doubling marks in any of the letters, all the letters in "POSTAGE" show shortening at the bottom. An extremely rare jewel that will certainly fill and complete an advanced collection!!!
