Very lightly hinged above the centre (see back photo), 1½ mm of space between AIR & MAIL, period after 1921. Due to the way the overprint was applied on this stamp, many different varieties were produced inside the same sheet. The #C3h is considered scarcer than the version with 2¾ mm of spacing, with or without a period after 1921 (#C3 & #C3b)! It also looks tidier in our opinion!
