Includes a Certificate of Authenticity (certified on Sept. 3, 1979) and tabbed informative index divider card separators for each team/country. The Certificate of Authenticity states, " This is to certify that The International Olympic Committee Official First Day Cover Collection was issued in a limited edition of 25,000 world-wide. The collection includes an Olympic stamp from every nation that participated in the 1980 Olympic Games and issued such stamps during the Olympic year (except where government regulations prohibit). It is further certified that each cover was postmarked in the country that issued the stamp it bears."
