The so-called "no gum" error, because the booklet was incorrectly printed on gum side. The best way to detect the error is the gently partially lift one of the stamps and touch underneath it (the stamp, not the backing paper) to confirm that it has no gum. The stamps are also noticeably shinier because of the gum! While the error is subtle, it is officially listed in the catalogue as #BK731i and is very rare, also very recent, being from 2019!
