Saint Kitts and Nevis are two islands located in the Leeward Islands, where the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea meet. Many nations colonized the islands, but it was the British who ended up in control in the end. St-Kitts and Nevis issued stamps from 1903-1980, until their independance from the British in 1983. St.Kitts & Nevis are beautiful tourist destinations and a popular cruise ship stopover.
